Jose D. Leon Guerrero Commercial Port

The main commercial Port facilities are located on approximately 74 acres on Cabras Island, located on the western side of the island of Guam. The Port Authority owns and operates 5 cargo handling piers and also owns two fuel piers, three marinas and a harbor of refuge.

The Port Authority became an autonomous agency of the Government of Guam in 1975 and funds its operations and capital improvements from its own revenues.

The Port handled a total of 144,194 TEUs in Fiscal Year 2006.

Tariff Information

The Port Authority of Guam Terminal Tariff was adopted by the Guam Legislature and was effective in 1993. Subscriptions are available for $25.00 and can be purchased through the Port Authority.
